The 18th International Conference on Nuclear Engineering (ICONE18)
will be held in May 17-21, 2010 in Xi'an, China. The organizing committee
is now encouraging all potential attendees to submit papers for this great
event. Xi'an is an ancient city with history of more than 3000 years.
It was the capital of China for 13 dynasties and is considered to be one
of the four major ancient civilization capitals of the world.

ASME is implementing a new electronic process for copyright submission effective immediately. This new process gives each author the ability to sign his or her copyright form electronically instead of filling out and sending the paper form to ASME.
