REGISTRATION DEADLINE:
Online registration will close on 2 June, 2008. On-site registration will be available afterwards.

SUBSTITUTIONS/CANCELLATIONS:
Cancellations made through 23 May, 2008 will receive a full refund, less a €100 administration fee. Student cancellations are subject to a €50 administrative charge. Refunds are not available beginning after that date. Contact ASME InfoCentral at +1 -800-843-2763 to make substitutions at any time.

ASME TRAVEL POLICY:
ASME is not responsible for the purchase of non-refundable airline tickets or the cancellation/change fees associated with canceling a flight. ASME retains the right to cancel a course/conference up until 3 weeks of the scheduled presentation date.
