IMPORTANT INFORMATION on ACCOMODATIONS
Reservations for accommodations are being handled by RIT. Please download the attached form.


Email the (completed and signed) scanned copy to Enrica Manos enrica.manos@mail.rit.edu or fax it to her at 585-475-7710. Questions regarding the accommodations should be directed to Enrica at 585-475-5788.


Deadline
Reservation requests must be received by MAY 1, 2007. After this date, the room allocation will be made strictly on the basis of availability. Participants accompanied by spouse are strongly advised to make the reservation by May 1.


The entire amount will be charged to the credit card you provide before the reservation is confirmed. Please read the refund policy carefully before making the reservation.


Refund Policy
No changes in the arrival or departure dates after May 15.


Cancellation made prior to May 15, 2007 via email will receive a full refund (less processing fee of $20). Credits will be applied to credit card.


Cancellations made after May 15, 2007 will be charged one night?s stay plus processing fee $20.


Acknowledgement of receipt of your reservation request will be sent to you at the e-mail address you provide within 2-3 business days.


Details of accommodation and complete set of directions will be sent to the email address you provide by May 20, 2007.


Venue Information
The conference will be held in the modern facilities available at Universidad De Las Americas, in Puebla, Mexico. The Puebla airport is well connected to a number of international cities, and buses run every half hour to Puebla from Mexico City. Puebla is a historic city and promises a lot of fun and unique cultural experience. The conference organizers are planning special events and tours.
