We recommend using the taxi service available at the airport gate. It would be advisable to have the name of the university written to avoid confusion from the pronunciation. Nonetheless, it is possible to find someone who speaks English at any Mexican airport.

You will see signs at the airport pointing towards the bus service that connects this airport to the city of Puebla (120 km, about 2 hours).

Tickets for 170 pesos, one way, or you can purchase your ticket both ways with open date and time for your return trip. You will not leave the airport to get into the bus. The tickets are sold at a desk in the second floor of the airport premises. Look for the bus company "Estrella Roja" (a "Red Star" is its emblem).

There is another bus station in Puebla with name CAPU. Do not take the bus to this station because it serves many locations and is farther away from UDLAP than "4 poniente"

When arriving to Puebla, you will find a taxi service, inside the bus station. The taxi will charge you about 8 USD for the trip from the bus station to the Universidad de las Américas. Distance 8 km, time 20 to 30 min. from Puebla to Cholula.
