Download ICEPAG "Permission to Publish" Form. The form authorizes ICEPAG organizers to archive your technical paper and conference presentation on a CD distributed to registered conference attendees. The presentation on the CD will be processed using special software that formats the file for presentation only and precludes reformatting by others.
