The Fall 2009 conference will be held at the Grand Hotel Europe in Lucerne, Switzerland. The Grand Hotel Europe is located by Lake Lucerne (Vierwaldstättersee) which is surrounded by the impressive panorama of the Alps.

The conference organizers have negotiated double rooms intended for single use. Reservations must be made by Friday, August 28, 2009 to receive the reduced room rates. The rate is CHF 190.00 per room per night. This rate includes a breakfast buffet, service, city taxes and VAT. An additional CHF 70.00 will be charged for a second room occupant. The breakfast buffet, service, city taxes and VAT are included in this added rate.

The rooms are all equipped with bath and shower, Wireless-LAN, safe, telephone, flat screen TV, radio, partly balcony and lake view.

Swisscom wireless internet cards can be purchased from the hotel front desk. All rates are for multiple login sessions.
