Author/Presenter Pre-Registration
The ASME ICED Executive Committee has approved a new requirement for implementation, starting in 2006. For each paper that is peer reviewed and accepted for publication in the conference proceedings, a designated "presenter" will be identified and required to pay the appropriate registration fee by the established deadline of September 20, 2006.

If the presenter has not registered by the September 20 deadline:

• The paper will NOT BE PUBLISHED in the proceedings.
• The presentation information will be removed from the conference website and the on-site printed program.

Requests for any exceptions to this requirement will be considered on a case-by-case basis and will be decided upon by the Technical Chair of the conference: Kirby Chapman, chapman@ksu.edu. The deadline for requests for exception to this requirement is September 18. Only e-mail requests will be considered.

Requests for reimbursements due to cancellation will only be considered on or prior to the established deadline.

Registration Fees
ASME Member - $595 ($495 before October 16)
Non-ASME Member - $695 ($595 before October 16)
Author - $595 ($495 before October 16)
Session Organizer - $595 ($495 before October 16)
ASME Student Member - $300 ($200 before October 16)
Tabletop Exhibit - $1195 ($995 before October 16). Includes a tabletop exhibit for your company and one conference registration.
