The 'resort fee' has been waived however the following "Additional Fees" will be added to your group rate:

Housekeeping Fee: $2.50 (per night)
This fee covers maid services, therefore you do NOT need to tip your housekeepers at the end of your stay.

This fee covers the services of the hotel bellmen who will assist with your luggage and various needs

Delta Airlines Discount:
Delta Air Lines is pleased to offer special discounted airfares for ASME. Discounts vary depending on the cabin and available airfare level-on average between 2-10%. Discounts are applicable to U.S./Canada originating passengers only at this time. Not all fares are eligible for use with this discount. Fare rules will determine eligibility.

Avoid airline or agency booking fees, skip lines at the airport by issuing your own boarding pass at home and manage your flight itinerary.

To take advantage of these discounts, follow these simple steps:

• Reservations and ticketing is available via www.delta.com. When booking online, select Meeting Event Code and enter the Meeting Code "NM8BN" in the box provided on the Search Flight page.
• Call Delta Meeting Network Reservations at 1-800-328-1111, Monday - Friday, 7:00a.m. - 7:00 p.m. (Central Time) and refer to the Meeting Code "NM8BN". Please note a Direct Ticketing Charge of $25 per ticket booked will apply for booking by phone.

Airport Transportation: Airport Transportation is being handled by Dragonfly Adventures.
We have secured a discounted rate for ASME attendees. The cost of a 'roundtrip' transfer is $50 per person. Please note if you choose to take a taxi, the cost will be approximately $80 each way. It is strongly recommended that you make your reservation for this transfer in advance.
