- The student fee applies to ASME Student members only

IMPORTANT INFORMATION PERTAINING TO ON-SITE REGISTRATION
- All payments must be in US Dollars only.
- No personal checks will be accepted onsite. Only bank issued checks
will be accepted.
- All delegates must show government issued identification (Eg. Passport
or Drivers License)

Cancellation:
All cancellation requests must be made in writing and faxed or
postmarked by March 19, 2010. Please note all cancellations will be subject
to $100 processing fee and $50 for students and Life Members. Refunds
will be made within four weeks of the end of the conference. Cancellations
will not be accepted after March 19, 2010. "No shows" are not
refundable and are liable for the full registration fee. Instead of canceling,
your registration may be transferred by giving a colleague a written authorization.
Forms without payment will NOT be processed.
Membership:
It is easy to apply, and the benefits include the fellowship and recognition
from being associated with one of the largest engineering societies in
the world. ASME members and student members, and members from select countries
can receive a discount to the conference registration.
