Joint Conference
Your attendee badge gives you access to all sessions of both ICONE and the Fluids Engineering conference.

Session Room Equipment
Each session room is equipped with a computer, LCD projector and screen. Speakers should bring their presentations on CD or memory stick. It is recommended that authors/speakers bring any visual aids (e.g. photocopies, etc.) with them.

Authors Breakfast
Presenters should meet with their session chairs at the authors breakfast on the day they are scheduled to present their paper. The authors breakfast begins at 7:00 AM. Tables will be marked with session numbers. Please go to the table labeled with your session. Also, bring a brief biography of yourself for your session chair to use when introducing you.

Authors Practice Room
The Palm Island Room located on the lobby level of the hotel is available as a presentation practice room. The room will be equipped an LCD projector, overhead projector and screen.

Poster Sessions
Poster sessions will take place in the exhibit hall. ICONE students that were selected through the student paper competition are expected to do a poster presentation of their paper on the same day their paper is being presented in a technical session. Students will be available at their poster presentation during the morning and afternoon breaks.

Technical Committee Meetings
Attendees are welcome to attend ASME Nuclear Engineering Division and Fluid Engineering Division committee meetings. Come and join your peers in your specific area of interest. You may see the committee meetings schedule by clicking the committee meetings button on the left side of this webpage.

Questions
If you have any questions, ASME staff personnel will be available throughout the session rooms, in the conference registration area and in the ASME booth in the exhibit area.
