Registration Policies
1. Full registration fees include access to all technical sessions and exhibits for both conferences, CD-ROM proceedings, opening reception, a ticketed event (ICONE Banquet or Fluids Luncheon), and morning and afternoon refreshment breaks.
2. One-day registration fees include access to all technical sessions/exhibits and refreshment breaks for one day, the CD-Rom proceedings. Tickets may be purchased for the Reception and the Banquet.
3. All attendees including members, non-members, authors, panelists and students must pay the appropriate registration fees.
4. No one will be allowed to attend sessions without first registering and obtaining an official conference badge.
5. Refund requests must be submitted in writing by June 30th and mailed to Paula Vaughn at the address below.
6. Student registrants must provide proof of full time student status at a university. Students must submit a letter or email from their department chair or dean verifying full time student status. Send the letter/email to Paula Vaughn at the address listed.
