• Call Delta Meeting Network Reservations at 1-800-328-1111, Monday - Friday, 7:00a.m. - 7:00 p.m. (Central Time) and refer to the Meeting Code NM87A. Please note a Direct Ticketing Charge of $25 per ticket booked will apply for booking by phone.

American Airlines urges you to take advantage of a 5% discount on AA, American Eagle and American Connections. It's simple. This discount can be booked on-line at www.aa.com/group for AA/AE Flights only, without a ticketing charge, allow at least 1 business hour for AA.com loading. Use the A2472BY Authorization Code as the AA.com Promotion Code. After you have selected your flight(s) under the "Enter Passenger Details" tab, go to the "AA.com Promotional Code" field and enter in your A2472BY Authorization Code.

Reservations and Ticketing
For reservations and ticketing information, call American Airlines Meeting Services desk, or have your travel professional call 1-800-433-1790 from anywhere in the United States or Canada, seven days a week, from 6:00a.m. to 12:00 midnight (Central Time), and reference the A2472BY Authorization Code. Reservations for the hearing and speech impaired are also available at 1-800-543-1586. There is a $25.00 USD Reservation service fee for tickets issued through AA reservations, and a $30.00 USD ticketing fee for tickets issued at the airport.

Complimentary Shuttle Service
Enjoy Complimentary shuttle transportation, which runs every half-hour, between the Marina and Bay Towers as well as the San Diego International Airport. Parking is also available with rates of $22 for self parking and $30 for overnight valet parking.
