Conference Registration Fees:

For each accepted paper, minimum one author is required to register for the conference.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF REGISTRATION

Registration fee includes cost of CD-ROM, reception and gala dinner, lunches, refreshments during session breaks and other organisational expenses.

Requirements for Inclusion of the Papers in the Conference Programme

ASME requires that you or one of your co-authors register, pay any applicable registration fees for that conference, attend, and present the paper to your fellow conference attendees. Therefore, we require the following:

1. Each paper accepted for inclusion in the conference program requires at least one author to be registered to present the paper. Papers that do not have a presenting author registered with the required fee paid before April 16, 2012 will NOT be included in the conference programme and will NOT be included in the conference CD-ROM.
2. Authors who wish to present a second paper must pay an additional fee of 150 € for the second paper when they register.
3. Presentation of a third paper by the same author will NOT be allowed.

USE OF THE WEBSITE REGISTRATION

For people already known to the information system of the Ecole Centrale de Nantes, you must contact the User Support (inscription.colloque@ec-nantes.fr) to get your connection codes.

Payment of registration is done exclusively by credit card online.
ATTENTION: The online payment permanently valid registration.

In order to register, you must register on the website www.ec-nantes.fr/asme-esda-2012 and follow these instructions:

• If you visit the Web site for the first time, select "Register and get an account" and carefully complete the information requested.
• For any subsequent visit, select “Sign In”. Your login information have been sent to you when you registered.

Then follow on:

• Select a catalog,
• Select your items, one by one, in the bottom part of the window. Selected items are added to your basket,
• When your choice is complete, you can click on “Go to Cart”,
• Check your choice and then, click on “Confirm and complete my order”,
• The only choice available is “Payment by Credit Card”
• Proceed to your payment.
• When your payment is done, a card receipt will be sent to you by e-mail, with an invoice.

If the buttons don't appear when you have already started a basket and you want to proceed the payment, then this is a browser issue. In such a case, we recommend to use Mozilla Firefox Web Browser which is best supported by our website.
