Hotel requests are managed directly by EFC09 organizing office: you just have to fill in the accommodation request form and to send it to efc09@unipg.it

The entire amount will be charged to the credit card you provide at your arrival at the hotel. The details of your credit card are used exclusively just for guaranteeing your reservation.

Room Cancellation
Reserved rooms may be cancelled free of charge up to 2 days before the date of arrival. In case of late cancellation or in case of no show, the hotel has the right to charge the guest's credit card for 1 night.
