Introducing the ASME Itinerary Planner!
ASME is proud to announce the introduction of the New ASME Itinerary Planner, which will allow you to plan and build your personalized IMECE schedule and download it to your mobile device.
After you create your account or log in to the Itinerary Planner, to begin building your personalized schedule, click on the event in which you are interested on the left navigation under "Filters." The event will display in detail in the middle column of your screen.
Clicking on the Session Title will display a summary of the session and the list of papers to be presented. Clicking on each paper will display the Abstract for that paper.
To add a session to your schedule, click on the check box. Your schedule will build on the right hand side under "My Schedule."
Follow the same procedure to attend Committee meetings or other events at the conference.
Once you have made your selections, you will be able to print out your personalized schedule and then download to your mobile device.
A Mobile App version of the Itinerary Planner will be available Oct. 26th.
Login using the same ID and password you used to build your itinerary.
Mobile Application links will also be posted in the Itinerary Planner starting on Friday, Oct. 26th. The itinerary you build on the Website will transfer to your mobile device. You'll also be able to make changes from the mobile device.

NOTE: When accessing your Itinerary Planner via your mobile device, standard data rates may apply. Please check with your provider about your data plan. If you are traveling internationally, please contact your provider about any international roaming data limits that may apply. Wi-Fi will be available to attendees at the conference venue, sponsored by the ASME Foundation.
