- Each individual poster must be less than 48in high by 48in wide in size.
- There will be two posters per board, per side.
- Push-pins will be available for all posters.
- All poster presenters will need to be registered and obtain their badge at the Registration Desk located in the Northern Foyer/Ballroom Level/Walt Disney World Dolphin.
- All poster presenters must wear their badge & check in at the poster check-in desk located in Atlantic Hall B/Ground Level/Walt Disney World Dolphin Hotel.
- ASME is in charge of numbering all posters accordingly. Please disregard the numbering system in the on-site printed program.

We are encouraging ALL Posters to remain up until Wednesday, Nov. 18. Any posters left up will be brought to the Meeting Information Desk on Wednesday afternoon (3pm). Any posters that are not picked up from there will be thrown away on Thursday morning.
