Dr. Sharareh is the founder of Finite Medical Inc., Laguna Niguel, California, established June 2007. Finite Medical Inc. is a consulting company focusing on early stage product development of medical devices. The company holds multi-disciplinary expertise in areas of R&D innovation, product development, manufacturing and regulatory and clinical.

Finite Medical, Inc. has been successful in assisting numerous start-up companies in all aspects of their product development needs through design, prototyping, documentation, manufacturing plans plus local and/or international operations assistance.

Dr. Sharareh is a strategic, innovative, challenge-oriented leader with over 17 years of hands-on product, process, business and project management experience. She has extensive knowledge in medical device technology and in the drug industry in both areas of academic and industrial environments. In her management role at Finite Medical, Inc., she has served as Chief Technology Officer, Vice President of Product Development and Vice President of Operations. Additionally, during the past 11 years she has held various management positions at Biosense Webster, a Johnson & Johnson Company, as well as Medtronic Inc. Dr. Sharareh is the author of many journals and holds various patents.

Dr. Sharareh completed a post doctoral and Ph.D. from the University of British Columbia in the areas of Chemical and Biomedical Engineering. She holds an MS in Chemical Engineering from the University of New Mexico and a BS in Chemical Engineering from the University of New Mexico, Albuquerque, New Mexico.
